"We trusted Tommy and we absolutely don't regret it. Everything is super organized: transfers, hotels, meals, excursions. We just have to go with the flow and enjoy. The hotels and homestays have been very good so far. We think the price is in line with the services offered. You could probably do it cheaper by organizing everything yourself, but it's so comfortable like this. We're really enjoying it. "

"Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The biggest highlight was the outstanding service from the entire hotel staff, from the housekeeping team to the front desk, especially Tomy and his brother. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their work, and it shows in every thoughtful detail—they make you feel at home. From their personalized recommendations to the delicious chocolates and cinnamon tea, the city map, and the overall attention to detail, everything is carefully considered. On top of that, on our first night, they upgraded us to a better room than the one we had booked. Another aspect we truly appreciated was being able to leave our luggage at the hotel both during our Ha Long Bay tour and after check-out. It was incredibly convenient, especially since the hotel gives you a strong sense of trust and security. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter.
