1. TOUR SERVICES

1.1 Booking Process

• Cancellations made 3 days or more before the tour date: Full refund minus a 4% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a partial or full refund whenever possible, depending on our ability to mitigate costs.
• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Travel Documents

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

You agree to provide copies of your travel documents when requested by our company or by relevant authorities. This is required for confirming your booking and complying with local regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner may result in tour cancellation without refund.

2.2 Health and Safety

• You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements that may affect your participation in the tour.
• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in the selected tour activities. Many physical activities offered during our tours are optional, and alternatives may be available. Please inform our staff in advance of any physical limitations so we can accommodate your needs when possible.
• You must comply with all safety instructions provided by our tour guides and staff.

2.3 Behavior and Conduct

Participation in our tours involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to those associated with outdoor activities, transportation, and travel in remote areas. By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Any injury, illness, or death that is not directly caused by our negligence.
